Every massage is a therapeutic blend of techniques meeting you exactly where you are, bringing balance and guiding you into a restorative parasympathetic state.

Techniques used include: swedish, deep tissue, cupping, craniosacral therapy, sports massage, stretching, hot stones, prenatal, aromatherapy, and trigger point release.

Half of the deposit is due at time of service
Appointments canceled within 48 hours will result in one session being deducted
No-shows will also forfeit a session
