Therapuetic Massage
Massage shouldn’t be a one-size-fits-all experience. By integrating a blend of techniques into each session, I create treatments that are both effective and deeply restorative. My goal as a therapist is to support your overall well-being by encouraging stress reduction, improving range of motion, and fostering a deeper connection to self-care.
Techniques used include Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, stretching, hot stones, prenatal, aromatherapy, and trigger point release.

To honor that, I offer a sliding scale option for massage services to the community-no questions asked.
The sliding scale is available for 60/90 minute sessions:
60-Minute $100-$130
90-Minute $150-$180
Mobile Wellness Services
I offer mobile massage and facial services upon request for in-home care. Choose from 60 or 90-minute massage sessions, facial and massage combinations, and select facial services from my menu.
Mobile services are available throughout Newport, Middletown, Portsmouth, Tiverton, and other surrounding areas upon request.
