Skin Remedy Studio is located at 22 Mill Street, in the heart of downtown Newport, inside The House of Kitty Dunbar. There is a shared driveway for client parking on a first-come, first-served basis. Additional street parking is available on Mill Street, in the Mary Street Lot, Spring Street, Thames Street, and the surrounding neighborhood.

ARRIVAL

To respect the privacy and comfort of all clients, please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This allows sufficient time for you to get settled in without overlapping with the prior appointment, ensuring a smooth and private experience for everyone.​

 

48 Hour Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

To reserve your time at Skin Remedy Studio, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking.

I kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This policy allows me to honor your time and accommodate other clients.

If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice or do not show for your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service price.​

Confidentiality & Privacy: Your personal information and wellness journey are treated with care and confidentiality. I respect your boundaries and are committed to protecting your privacy.

Consent-Centered Practice: Whether it’s touch, treatment, or conversation, I always ask for and respect your consent. You are encouraged to speak up about your comfort levels at any time.

Zero Tolerance for Discrimination or Harassment: Any form of discrimination, harassment, or hateful language or behavior will not be tolerated. This includes verbal, physical, or non-verbal conduct that creates an unsafe or uncomfortable environment.​​
